Core and shell construction of a brand new 1,000,000 sq/ft combined press and weld body shop for Mazda-Toyota Manufacturing US (MTMUS). PMI was awarded the plumbing and mechanical packages, which included all plumbing, process piping, mechanical, and HVAC systems. 

The plumbing and piping scope included the following systems: 

• Domestic water 
• AG/UG sanitary and vent
• Bathroom groups & fixtures
• Siphonic storm piping and bracing
• Weld water supply and return
• Compressed air piping & compressor rooms 
• Natural gas piping to RTUs

The mechanical HVAC scope included the following systems:

• Supply and return ductwork from RTUs
• Install of 216 RTU/Condenser sections via helicopter pick
• Install of exhaust fans, process stacks, unit heaters, and HVLS fans
• Install of vertical ventilation units
