Documentation by State and Job Title

Once on the “New Hires” tab navigate to the state your job is located in (may not be your residence state).

Please have the following documents available for upload:

  • Drivers License 
  • Social Security Card
  • Copy of Voided Check

** If you do not have a social security card, please have your Birth Certificate or Passport**
