Randy Hosler has been President of Progressive Mechanical, Inc., since 2006, and has worked in the mechanical industry for 30 years. An honorable Veteran of the U.S. Army, he served in the Persian Gulf War during the 1990s and achieved certification for Progressive Mechanical, Inc., as a Veteran-Owned Business. Randy handles the daily activities of the business including estimating, project management, and business development. He has estimated and managed hundreds of projects, including serving as the on-site executive for the installation of a $40 million Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill project for Severstal Steel (now Cleveland Cliffs), supervising nearly 160 men. He oversees the company’s vision, building a reliable team of talented people who maintain an impressive safety record. He is a Certified Industrial Technician and holds a State of Michigan Power Piping License. Randy lives in Harrison Twp., Michigan, where he and his wife of 29 years have raised their son and two daughters. He is an avid boater during the summer months with family and friends, traveling as much as possible with his family. In his free time, he likes sporting clays, bird hunting, and sporting events.
Charly serves as Executive Vice President at Progressive Mechanical, Inc., where he oversees $150 million in yearly revenue. As Executive Vice President, Charly promotes a culture of accountability and creativity to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery of high-performance projects. Always, his goal is to make Progressive Mechanical’s long-standing values – quality workmanship, client focus, and a get-it-done approach – part of every aspect of the company’s operations.
With nearly 30 years of experience – particularly in facility management, project estimation, and operation and maintenance – Charly has managed industrial projects across North America, from Canada to Mexico and in 12 states outside of Michigan. Working with a team of highly skilled employees, Charly’s focus is to be an approachable leader. He actively and regularly connects with staff, at the main office, branch offices, and job sites. By doing this he is able to provide additional oversight and ensure scopes of work are clearly defined, appropriately scheduled, and well estimated. He works closely with union locals across the United States to foster and develop strong relationships focused on bringing the highest level of craftsmanship to Progressive Mechanical’s clients.
Charly holds multiple licenses in nine states and brings Progressive Mechanical the organizational leadership and experience necessary to compete in the mechanical contracting division. In addition to spending time with his family, Charly enjoys shooting sporting clay and taking advantage of opportunities to travel.
